One thing that was significant about the crusaders was the Christians were standing up for there religion and what they wanted. The Muslims ambushed the Christians and wiped out there military. Also the Muslims had many goals some of them were to reunite the states under Muslim rue, and totally remove the Christians from there land.

The Catholics as you can see are not mentioned a lot during the crusades as much as the Christians and Muslims but the Catholics on the other hand were watching this happened and they helped the Christians. Also I would like to tell you a little about the Europeans Daily life. The families lived in small houses and the children were expected to help there Mothers work and clean. The babies were breastfeed till about 2 years old. The fathers were expected to work and the mothers were the head of the household. Those are some facts about European daily life.
Well for starters i didnt know that the nobles and the empires soldiers captured Jerusalem and launched cursades for the next 200 years! That is a long time!
